La vinification se fait sans sucre et sans levure ajoute. Bulles effervescentes, fracheur acidule, armes de pommes, mirabelles et agrumes. Cpages : Chenin, Chardonnay, Groslot gris. This "Bulle nature" cuve is, as we call it in our jargon, a Pet nat, i. e. a natural sparkling wine. The vinification is done without sugar and without added yeast. Effervescent bubbles, fresh acidity, aromas of apples, plums and citrus fruits. Grape varieties: Chenin, Chardonnay, Groslot gris.
