Native yeasts only, no additives, no enzymes, no added SO2 (sulphites) and no fining of filtration. Their wines; purity in a glass. Fresh, finely tuned Viognier from two parcels in Valvignres, one facing the sunrise and the other facing the sunset. Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, with just a light settling.
