Good condition with the following issues: *A few rusty colored spots about half way down on one side. I gently hand washed it so these spots might be permanent. Shows oily appearance at the hem and also a few frays and 'breaks' in the knit at the very bottom edge, as if the skirt was too long and dragged on the ground a bit. *Belt loops but no
